Villa Zoe has a modern, comfortable and airy atmosphere creating a perfect and relaxing summer holiday escape for couples and families!
Two spacious and light bedrooms provide comfort with a touch of luxury, one bedroom has a double bed, the other room twin beds (a sofa bed in the living area provides sleeping for the 5th guest). There are two bathrooms in the villa, one has a bathtub, sink and WC, the other has a shower, sink and WC.
The modern, fully fitted kitchen and dining area (seating 4-6 guests) offers great self catering facilities and a space for sociable meal times, it is furnished with a full size fridge and utensils, crockery, pots and pans if you like to cook. The open plan living area has a sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table and TV, Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The modern, beautiful outside area has a private swimming pool, sun loungers and dining table, as well as super uninterrupted sea views. Have a BBQ using the brick built grill and enjoy the peace and serenity.

- Cancellation / prepayment: In order to guarantee your reservation a non-refundable deposit is required by bank transfer. Balance to be paid either prior your arrival (by bank transfer) or on your arrival day (in cash).
- Damage deposit of 200 euros is required in cash upon arrival and is refunded in full upon departure after inspecting the property, if no damage is found.
- Security Deposit Amount: 30%
- Children and Extra Beds: Children up to 3 years old sleep free of charge. Baby cot available on request. A sofa bed provides sleeping for the 5th guest.
