The villa is the realization of the dreams and hard work of the whole Nika family – mother and daughter created the design and decoration, whilst the father and son made the construction work by hand. Erissa, the daughter will be welcoming you at the villa offering you information on the region as well as she will be available on call during all your stay, to make sure you have the most of it.

The blending of modern and traditional design elements has created spacious and relaxing areas inside and out. The stone architecture reflects local construction traditions whilst the modern interior lends a luxurious dimension and was designed with your comfort in mind.

This three-bedroom villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax in luxurious surroundings, and all rooms have a sea view. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor (one double with en-suite, and one twin) and one double is located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are light and airy with beautiful, well coordinating décor, fitted wardrobes, comfortable mattresses, a desk, balconies, and amazing sea views. There are three bathrooms in the property, two are on the upper floor including an en-suite, and one is on the ground floor. The villa also features an open plan fully fitted, modern kitchen with a dishwasher and spacious dining area. This blends effortlessly into the living room which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a coffee table. Free WiFi, air conditioning and a washing machine are available at the property.
