Alexander is an attractive two storey villa set in a large plot of colourful, secluded gardens. Both tastefully decorated bedrooms are on the first floor.
Bedroom one has two single beds that can convert into a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom consisting of shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed. A second bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a shower, sink and WC. There is a large covered balcony on the first floor offering stunning views of Sami Bay.
The spacious living room offers stylish comfort and the relaxing sofas can accommodate two extra guests, there is a fireplace, dining room and open plan kitchen. Self catering entertaining is made easy in this fully equipped kitchen and the dining table seats 6 guests.
What makes this fabulous villa stand out from the crowd is it’s 40m2 outdoor built in BBQ with basin and oven and covered dining area for 8 people!
