Vatsa beach is located 9 km from Lixouri and 5 km from Xi beach. It is a little untouched sandy bay with shallow waters and a small river which merges into the sea and can easily be crossed by a pontoon bridge, a great game for kids!
The beach is partly organized and there is a nice taverna on the beach as well as boat rental services.

Whilst not unique it has a relaxed atmosphere maintaining its natural beauty. You can combine this visit with a great sunset at Gero Gobos Lighthouse, Xi beach and Kounopetra. On the right of the beach you can walk to another cove called Vrahinari beach.
Nearby is the church of Agios Nikolas where a lot of people decide to hold their wedding.
