Brand New Luxury Villa Aili  (opened on May 2019) is the mirror villa of Villa Ilia that is located a few meters away and has been successfully hosting guests since 2016. An idyllic and luxurious retreat for couples or small families.

Chic, modern and opulent throughout, the air conditioned villa features top of the range furnishings in every room. The large open plan lounge and kitchen is a great place to relax together, and features huge glass doors allowing sunlight to flood in and the incredible views to be admired.

The master bedroom also has strategically placed large glass doors to make the most of the views, and benefits from a vast ‘state of the art’ ensuite bathroom complete with bath, twin basins, and walk in shower.

On the second floor there is an open study room with a single bed that can easily and comfortably sleep an extra guest. There is also an en suite bathroom.

A full length window overlooks the private rear garden drawing plenty of natural light into the bathroom, and complimentary toiletries are provided, as well as robes and slippers for your comfort.

Both the lounge and master bedroom lead out to a stunning infinity swimming pool standing proudly on the decked terrace, and from here uninterrupted sea views can be best enjoyed. A BBQ, covered dining area, sumptuous sun loungers and a double day bed complete the terrace, making it perfect for outdoor living.

Policies

• Check-in: 15.00pm
• Check-out: 10.00am
• Cancellation / prepayment: Villa Ilia has a Tuesday change over day and villa Aili a Saturday. In order to guarantee your reservation a non-refundable deposit is required by bank transfer. Balance to be paid either prior your arrival (by bank transfer) or on your arrival day (in cash).
• A damage deposit of 200 euros is required in cash upon arrival and is refunded in full upon departure after inspecting the property, if no damage is found.
• Security Deposit Amount: 30%
• Children and Extra Beds: Children up to 3 years old sleep free of charge. Baby cot and high chair available on request.
• Other Policies: This is a non smoking property. Cleaning twice a week (or earlier upon request and on extra charge)
