Only 2 minutes from the beach, this cute apartment with a shared pool is the ideal choice to spend your holidays with your partner!

Let the sun wake you up in the morning after a comfortable sleep in the queen-size bed, prepare your breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your coffee with a fantastic sunrise on the balcony with amazing sea views. The outdoor pool invites you to take a cool swim and then enjoy the sun in a deck chair or if you prefer the beach, it is at your doorstep!

The accommodation is on the 1st floor (top floor) and can only be reached via stairs without a lift. It is not suitable for small children. The apartment was tastefully refurnished in May 2023. Designer lamps complement the stylish ambience.

An open, spacious kitchen is integrated into the living room as well as a dining area. The table offers space for 4 people.
A large flat-screen TV on the wall provides entertainment. The kitchen window is equipped with a mosquito net. A large floor-to-ceiling sliding door window provides access to the spacious balcony with sea views. Air conditioning and electric shutters ensure pleasant cooling and darkening in both rooms.

In the cosy bedroom, you can have nights of restful sleep in the queen-size bed. There is enough space for your clothes in the spacious wardrobe. There is a mirror on the side of the cabinet. Another floor-to-ceiling sliding door window provides access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The smaller bathroom with a window including a mosquito net, has a shower, a toilet and a sink with a mirror cabinet. The apartment is on the 1st floor and can only be reached via 30 stairs.

Quiet complex of apartments in the cozy traditional town of Karavomilos with a few cafes and taverns and a bakery.
The location is ideal to explore the island from north to south and it is the area with the most important attractions.

Close by you can also find the ruined old village of Saristra, Melissani Lake Cave, within walking distance, Drogarati Cave, just a few minutes drive away, Antisamos beach, one of the best beaches of the island at 4km.
The beach promenade can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, as can the beachas well as a mini market, a café and a couple of tavernas. Many hiking trails and the Ancient town of Sami can be reached on foot.
Karavomylos lake can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is an outdoor gym about 500 m away as well as a playground.

The port town of Sami offering many more tavernas and shops can be reached by a 2 km beach side walk.
Big supermarkets, daily cruises, boat rental, bike hire, horse riding and a couple of important museums can be found there. The ferry port offers connections to the neighbouring island of Ithaca, Italy and the mainland.
The picturesque town of Agia Efimia is about 7 km away and the well-known Myrthos beach is about 13 km away.

Car is not essential but it would be useful if you want to explore the island. Public parking spaces are located directly in front of the house on the street.

The ferry port of Sami can be also reached on foot by the coastal road and offers connections to the neighbouring island of Ithaca, the mainland as well as Italy.
