This complex of four, two storey villas, Alkioni (with private pool), Ianthi (with private pool), Kimo and Dioni. The villas can be rented separately or in any combination – sleeping from 2 up to 21 people. Each private, comfortable villa has a beautiful garden with unique Mediterranean colours and aromas.

Ideal for nature lovers and hikers as there are numerous walking trails around, leading you to Myrtos, Themata Monastery and nearby villages, and they are conveniently situated just 5km from the picturesque village of Agia Efimia, which offers lots of amenities. Walking distance to the traditional Makriotika square where you can enjoy a coffee or try traditional dishes. On foot you can also find a mini market, a butcher shop and a bakery.

VILLA DIONI

Villa Dioni is a comfortable and cosy 2 storey villa set in a private and colourful garden. Bedroom one is situated on the 1st floor – it’s tastefully furnished and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Also on the 1st floor you will find bedroom 2 with two single beds. Both rooms are airy and comfortable. There is a second bathroom on the first floor with a shower, basin & WC.

There is a balcony sitting 4 in the first floor as well.

Bathroom three is on the ground floor and also has a shower, basin & WC. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and has dining facilities for 5 guests. The living room has relaxing sofas, a coffee table and TV.

You can eat your meals el-fresco in the beautiful garden with it’s Mediterranean colours and aromas as there is also a dining area here for 5 guests.

VILLA KIMO

Villa Kimo is a comfortable and cosy 2 storey villa set in a private and colourful garden. The living room has 2 relaxing sofas, a coffee table and TV. One of the sofas can be used as an extra bed and there is a drawer on the bottom creating an extra sleeping bed for a 6th guest.
