It has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large living room with an open kitchen that opens to an amazing terrace with an infinity pool and various relaxing areas. Tzamarelata village has retained its traditional architecture and charm and offers a variety of beautiful beaches, services, and walking trails. Rancho Ionio, located within walking distance, serves delicious homemade food cooked in a traditional oven.

Maganos Village is only 1.5 kilometers away. There are a few tavernas and cafés there, as well as grocery stores that deliver to the villa. The nearest beaches are 3 kilometers away, at Alaties and St. Jerusalem. Both have tavernas, and both have umbrellas and sunbeds. Within a 7-kilometer radius, you can find even more beautiful beaches such as Dafnoudi, Foki, Kimilia, and Emblissi.

The picturesque village of Fiskardo, with its cafés, shops, port, and cosmopolitan vibe, is 7 kilometers away. Ferries to neighboring Lefkada depart from Fiskardo and make an excellent day trip, or you can hire a boat, dive, cycle, kayak, and do a variety of other activities. There are numerous easy to moderate hiking trails in the area that explore the nearby beaches, the Fiskardo Basilika, and some historic sites and landmarks.
