Piedra Villa is in the village Troianata, Kefalonia, an ideal location to enjoy the privacy and discreet isolation of the place, but is still very close to all the points of interest, beauties and attractions of the island and the city centre, Argostoli. Having secured a rental car, everything is within a short distance, and of course the sea; the closest beach to Karavados is 6km, less than 10 minutes driving

In 10min/4 km drive, you can find shops, a gas station, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The imposing Castle of St. George is nearby as is the Robola cooperative. The area has many good restaurants, the nearest is just 1 kilometer from the villa. The airport is also close 11km / about 17 minutes by car and the center of the island’s capital, Argostoli, is at 10km / 15 minutes drive.

Luxury Piedra villa consists of two levels and can accommodate up to 9 guests in a spacious 250m2 with 4 bedrooms (king size beds)and 3 bathrooms. An extra guest can be added to a folding bed in one of the bedrooms.

Marble floors, high ceilings, stone walls, exposed beams and high-quality furnishings create a sophisticated air. Entering the villa you will find the main living area consisting of a cozy living room with a charming fireplace, a pool table, a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a big flat-screen TV.

From here, large windows open onto the beautiful outdoor covered terrace equipped with a large outdoor dining area inviting you to enjoy your meals in the refreshing mountain breeze.
The dining area features a wooden dining table and is filled with natural light thanks to a big window by the table and a wine bar. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. On this floor there is a spacious bedroom with a baby cot and two bathrooms with shower.

From the dining area, a staircase leads up to the second level, where you will find three double bedrooms, individually styled and decorated, equipped with queen size beds (one of them has also a single bed for a child) and all featuring a private balcony with wonderful views. On this level, you’ll also find a second spacious bathroom with a romantic bathtub.

A few meters from the swimming pool, there is a fully equipped gym, ready for training. Take deep breaths and smell the clean Kefalonian air, with scents of olive trees, pines and eucalyptus. You are on holiday but sometimes that is just the time to kick off a new fitness programme or you may just want to carry on your regular routine. Featuring a spacious 60m2 room, and two en-suite bathrooms where you will find all the necessary, the top-quality fitness equipment and the décor to boost your athletic spirit!

Policies

• Cancellation / prepayment: To guarantee your reservation a non-refundable deposit is required by bank transfer. Balance is to be paid either prior to your arrival (by bank transfer) or on your arrival day (in cash).
• A damage deposit of 250 euros is required in cash upon arrival and is refunded in full upon departure after inspecting the property if no damage is found.
• Security Deposit Amount: 30%
• Children and Extra Beds: Children up to 3 years old sleep free of charge. Baby cot and high chair available on request. A folding bed can be added in one of the bedrooms accommodating the 10th guest.
