His son Nikitas and daughter-in-law Nikoletta have now taken over the running of the restaurant, alongside a staff made up of family members and locals. Stavros’ philosophy regarding food can be summed up in three words: quality, tradition and enjoyment.Here you can try typical greek dishes, like stiffado (meat with onions in tomato sauce), lahanodolmades (kind of meat balls covered with cabbage leaves), kefalonian meat pie, as well as a wide selection of fish dishes and other local recipies.
