This house is in an ideal location for walkers and cyclists or those who wish to stay in a local area, or for those wanting to explore further afield by car. If you like to swim you are just a few steps away from the sea!
The main streets of Sami village are just a few minutes walk away, there you find everything you need such as tavernas, supermarkets, grocery stores and bars. In the region of Sami there are many interesting sites to see including Drogarati Cave, Melissani Lake, Antisamos Beach and Ancient Sami.
This cosy, one storey, ground level house is 60m2, and contains two bedrooms. Bedroom one has 2 single beds (which can be converted into one double bed) and bedroom two has two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a light and airy feel, with calming decoration, ample storage space and air conditioning. A fifth guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room, which has a TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self catering and the dining table seats five guests in comfort. There is one bathroom with a shower, WC, basin and a washing machine.
The view from the house is stunning – an beautiful panorama of sea and mountain. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing el-fresco meal in the traditional courtyard or garden, and watch as the ferry leaves Sami port, or take a few steps to the beach and swim in the crystal clear sea. Located directly in front of the property are some ancient ruins, and it’s about a five minute flat walk into Sami. The village has many services; supermarkets, shops, restaurants/tavernas, a pharmacy, ATM, bank and a post office to name but a few.
