The apartment consists of three levels the 1st and the 2nd floor and the attic of the building, while the pool is located on the ground floor where the owner’s apartment is located too. The use of the pool is private and the owners are discreet to allow you the privacy you need during your stay!
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, one in the attic with an ensuite bathroom and double bed, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with ensuite bathrooms and double beds plus one more on the 1st floor that has a bunk bed, and the bathroom is outside. The living room with an open kitchen is located on the same level with big openings to the spacious veranda offering amazing views.
The apartment is built at an elevation, 90 meters above sea level, and offers unique sea views, sun and moon rises. Just 750 meters to the nearest beach, and 1,2km from the bustling harbour village of Agia Efimia, set in a quiet neighborhood. It can be rented together with villa Kandia for large groups and special events.
