ASTERIA VILLA

Asteria villa is a 4 bedroom maisonette villa completed in 2021. Its owners, Konstantinos, a Merchant Marine Engineer and his wife Persa having traveled all over the world, built this beautiful villa decorating it with objects from their travels in Africa and Dubai.

Every opening in the house is like a painting, from the large terraces one can admire the sunrise with its beautiful colors, the impressive Ainos mountain and in the evening you can relax under the starry sky admiring the bright coastline of Zakynthos. On the upper level there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and downstairs two bedrooms share a toilet. There is another wc next to the living room as well as an outside toilet next to the pool. All bathrooms have a hydromassage column with three functions.

The living room with relaxing sofas and open fully equiped kitchen offer openings with great views. A full size refrigerator is available, a microwave, safe deposit box, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

The dinning area next to the olive tree is the favorite spot of visitors for lunch and dinner. Comfortable sunbeds and pool chairs are around the pool to enjoy your sunbath or your favorite book.

There is free parking for 3 cars, garden with fruit trees and ornamental plants, fountain, color intercom, smoke detector in the kitchen. The villa is fenced with a high wall to ensure privacy.

Asteria Villa, is located in Skala village in the southwest of Kefalonia island. Skala is known for its long, beautiful and clean, sandy beach and nearby there are small nature bays with secluded beaches. Here the sea is almost always calm. This has become very popular with tourists and has a livelier night life than most other villages in the area. The coast road from Skala to Poros is about 12km long and offers wonderful views of the changing sea, rocky cliffs and long pebbled beaches.

In the village, there are a lot of taverns, restaurants, bars and supermarkets to accommodate all your basic needs. From having a delicious lunch in a Greek-style taverna and a refreshing cocktail in one of the local bars to buying everyday supplies from the supermarkets and Greek souvenirs from the gift shops, Skala has it all. There are also many activities to choose from, boat rental, daily cruises, jeep safaris, watersports, diving center and many more.
