Villa Violin (maisonette) is located next to villa Piano and can be rented together accommodating bigger families and group of friends. Upon entering the property you are greeted by an open plan, cosy living room and plan fully equipped kitchen which has large windows and French doors allowing lovely garden and sea views and the outdoor spaces. The dining area seats six guests making self catering easy.

The property is been decorated with extra care with original artwork, personally selected, by the owners Tasia, a Theatre Director and Tassos, a General Surgeon.

On the ground floor you will also find bedroom one, which is a double. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor – bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be connected to make a king size bed. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, WC and basin.

Great attention to detail has been given to the interior with Italian made kitchen and cupboards, modern, minimalist style solid wooden furniture and comfortable beds and mattresses.

The spacious garden has a 2000 sq.m lawn, with colourful plants, vineyard and fruit trees.

The 35m2 private pool, relaxing sunbeds, generous dining table and BBQ facilities will make you want to spend most of your day here. The property is located just above beautiful and secluded Spithi beach affording fabulous sea views, where due to level difference you reach it from a 10min footpath.

Skala village and beach are just 1500m away from the main road, but a small footpath takes you to the end of the beach in just 10min walk!
