This brand new 100m2 villa is located in a unique spot overlooking the beach of Alaties and the Ionian sea. the property cosists of two bedrooms with queen sized beds and ensuite walk in bathrooms. A 5th guest can sleep in the living room sofa bed.
Just a few steps from the beach and a restaurant, in an area of lush vegetation, enchanting sunsets and total serenity, you can rarely find this combination in the west part of the island. The villa is cleverly built all in one level in a modern, minimal design, comfortable and relaxing with openings and amazing views from all rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room with generous openings to the magnificent views has a relaxing sleeping sofa. The external area offers a private salty water infinity pool with hydro massage jets, sun beds, umbrellas, external shower and a dining area. A bluetooth sound system allows you to enjoy you selected music both indoors and outdoors.
