This four bedroom villa is designed with open plan living spaces, providing everything you should need to enjoy yourselves, including comfortable sofas, a DVD and CD library.
All of the luxurious bedrooms have en suite facilities and Egyptian cotton linen and towels. Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedrooms two and three each have two single beds and bedroom four has two day beds.
Each room has a modern contemporary feel, its own air-conditioning, and a private balcony to take in the wonderful views that the villa has to offer. A classy casual inside dining area comfortably seats eight guests around a large rectangular table.
This is a dining area without being formal, it is a space flooded with light where guests can share a meal in comfortable surroundings.
The kitchen is large, spacious, and fully equipped to an extremely high standard. Friends can gather, pull up a stool and share a glass of wine from the fully stocked wine rack that is available for guests to use.
It is a minimal, easy to maintain space and a pleasure to cook in.
Outside guests enjoy the infinity pool and jacuzzi with sea and green views, there are sun loungers and a table and chairs for your comfort

- Cancellation / prepayment: In order to guarantee your reservation a non-refundable deposit is required by bank transfer. Balance to be paid either prior your arrival (by bank transfer) or on your arrival day (in cash).
- Damage deposit of 300 euros is required in cash upon arrival and is refunded in full upon departure after inspecting the property, if no damage is found
- Security Deposit Amount: 30%
- Children and Extra Beds: Children up to 3 years old sleep free of charge. Baby cot and high chair available on request.
- Other Policies: Changeover day Saturday. Cleaning twice a week (or earlier upon request and on extra charge) Inflatables are strictly prohibited from the pool.
