Newly constructed this 200m2, 3 bedroom villa has amazing sea views, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dish washer can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has a private swimming pool where you can relax and lounge on the spacious terrace.
Situated in the village of Svoranata the villa is within easy access of some of the islands best sandy beaches. In the area you will also find family tavernas with traditional food, and mini market which offers delivery to the villa. Located just 1.2 km away from the sandy beaches of Avithos, and Ai Helis – both ideal beaches for families and couples with sunbeds, umbrellas, beach-bars and tavernas.
Car hire is recommended to explore the island. The local bus stop is 700m from the villa – you can go to the capital Argostoli, and other parts of the island.

The villa’s large, spacious open plan living and dining area is ideal for relaxed family holidays. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen make self catering easy, especially with the dishwasher!
There are three bedrooms; one double and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has access to a balcony with a small table and chairs, fitted wardrobes and ample space. One bathroom has a bath tub, WC, sink and washing machine, whilst the other has a WC, sink and shower. Two extra guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the open plan living area.
The living/dining room has two comfortable sofas, a TV and a lovely wooden dining table. Outside there is a smart terrace with sun loungers around the edge of the private swimming pool. There is a BBQ and shaded outdoor dining facilities
