Ingredients:
1 loaf of bread (from the bakery)
4-5 tomatoes finely chopped
olive oil
oregano
salt (optional)
400-500 grams feta cheese, crumbled
Method:
- If you are using stale bread moistened it with water and allow to drain. If you are using fresh bread cut thick slices and toast (preferably over coals!).
- Drizzle the bread with olive oil, salt and top with some tomatoes
- Add some crumbled feta on the top, and sprinkle some oregano over.
